Pull Up Bar, My Best Home Gym

I have been going rounds and rounds shopping for a home gym equipment and doing online searches and I am still doubtful whether I can get the best home gym. 

Some of them look complicated but it has a lot of functions which enable me to workout on different styles. The problem is if I buy, I might not know how it works and I don't want to waste my money on some equipment that is not easy to use and eventually I abandoned it and leave it cluttering my living room. 

Finally I made my decision to buy a pull up bar instead because some guy at my office told me that it works to build muscles around my back and my arms. He said that the pull up bar is powerful enough to beat the rest of the gym equipments. Then another idea came up. 

I can actually join the gym and try out their equipments for 6 months or so. If I find a machine that I like then maybe I can buy one which exactly perform the same function.

 No Time or Just Lazy?

To many working adults, they often complained that they have poor medical condition due to their insufficient time for exercising. After toiling for ten hours at the office, they reached home with some energy but no time left to exercise.

Ironically, most of them do own the best exercise bike they managed to buy. They are aware that they need to burn some calories. 

They also realized the way to do it and willing to splurge a huge chunk of their monthly salary to buy sporting equipments such as an exercise bike.

 What they do not have or severely lack of is the motivation to get on the bikes and start pedaling to lose excessive fats. It is one's determination and willpower which decides how successful one is to achieve his or her goal.

You may have the best exercise bike in the world but if you are not resilient, you will continue to live a life filled with monthly medical bills.
